It happens noone is in the tower on the server, and I would like to help on that part, when nessasary.
I'v been playing FS since 2004, and currently using FSx... have noticed that tower in diffrent games/session not all make as much out of the tower... Like someone only handels taxi to and from runways, and then takeoff clearence.
Could u please post ur standard communication here to aircrafts... like from a-z... |

When you state, "Standard Communications" what do you mean?
The operations of the tower itself, or how the site Chicago Flights™ works with ATC? Could you clarify a little bit more? |

What i mean is like a checklist:
- Aircraft intention
- Taxi clearens to active runway
- Takeoff clearens
- Handoff to some other frq. (etc...)
- Guiding aircraft to activ landing runway
- Keeping eye on traffic arround airport airspace
Im probably missing some things... |

The best way to start off is to go to your local field that you know best. Start off by placing your airplane in a parking spot, kill the engine, turn the APU on, and listen to the ATC. Some of the more important ones include the ground ATC and the tower ATC. Figure out how the computer works with the ATC to get them to the runway. Get your airport diagram from AIRNAV.
Inside singleplayer, it is a very structured format. It is a little hard to pick up at first, but you can learn it a little easier due to the format being so rigid.
You can also go another way too. You can buy avaition videos that specialize in ATC training at your local airport. Then you can watch them at your own leizure.
What you learn can be appied directly to those who offer to do ATC.
Hopefully this is what your looking for. If not, let me know. |
